Mcdonalds - Northampton

This McDonald's location is the worst in the country, I cannot fathom a worse experience anywhere else. The fries are either burnt to a crisp or undercooked. The chicken burger was mostly breading. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Awful experience! The fries were served cold and had to be returned. I observed that there were many portions sitting under heat lamps for a long time, which explained why my fries were cold originally.

This restaurant is not considered fast food in any way. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk and waited for 16 meals to be prepared. It was not busy, just very slow - there is a difference. Not all items on the menu were available. Many customers were sitting at tables without any food. This may have been the worst McDonald's I have ever visited.

Speedy service as we popped in outside the mid-day rush period. The guy serving was cheerful and the food area nice and clean.

I liked this service station, there was a picnic area right next to the main doors where I scoffed my sarnies. I fancied a coffee to finish off and so went to McDonalds, where the quality wasn't much cop but, hey, I paid £1.59 rather than the rip-off prices elsewhere. Usual McDonalds experience with the usual order-by-touchscreen which makes everything easy.
