Oregano Woodfired Pizza - Northampton

We placed an order on Just Eat and were told it would arrive between 7:15pm and 7:35pm. However, by 7:45pm, our order had not arrived. When we called the restaurant, they informed us that they only had one driver and our order would arrive at 8:10pm. Unfortunately, our food still had not even been prepared by that time. The restaurant kept promising it would be ready in 20 minutes, but eventually cancelled our order. We had to order from another restaurant instead. The person we spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, repeatedly saying to give them 20 minutes and only admitting our food had not been made after we asked three times. While the food may have been good, the service we received was extremely poor.

I usually go to a national pizza chain, but since I frequently waited outside the shop while picking up my daughter from karate (they are in the same industrial unit), I couldn't help but notice how amazing the food smelled. I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The food tasted great, arrived on time (impressive for a Bank Holiday Monday), and was nice and hot. I highly recommend this place and will definitely order from them again.

I was extremely impressed with this restaurant. They delivered my order within 35 minutes on a busy Friday night, and the pizzas arrived piping hot. I ordered two pizzas, and both were absolutely delicious. In my opinion, they are the best pizzas in Northampton. The pizzas are authentic and fresh Italian, with all ingredients tasting fresh. The sauce had the perfect amount of zing to make my eyes widen. Overall, the food was beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again, as their pizzas are a must try!

Amazing Pizza and marinated fresh chicken kebabs. Excellent customer service. Would really recomend!!
