Pizza Hut - Northampton

Went with ten others for my grandchildren twins 18th. birthday. Never been before and not that keen on pisa so had the ribs with a sauce and french fries. Really great. Will go back. Liked the big range of salads for a starter. Nice place.

We were a huge party of 15 but were greeted well on arrival. There were a few hiccups due to a new chef but these were dealt with swiftly and with good customer service. Salad bar clean and plentiful. Staff are lovely and work very hard

Went here with family today, didnt book but seared me straight away. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Food was good within good time. I would say that the staff are lazy and I say this because, took 15min to come and take my order, a drunk was knocked over and staff had seen this and didnt help I had to fined blue roll myself and clean up myself no help whatsoever, a glass of dropped in the restaurant staff had seen this but only one member of staff had act on this there were no wet floor signs put down it was not blocked off kids were walking over Broken Glass. A member of staff tried arguing with another customer on the table next to me the customer was well within his right and was absolutely right about what it was on about. Non of the staff looked happy to be there. I will visit agen on a different day to see if it's any better. But I would say the staff need training or get new staff.

Nice restaurant on a busy retail park. Staff helpful and efficient if not overly so. Whilst eating the starters, they brought out the main course. This happened not once but twice !! It meant the pizza, when we were ready for it, wasn’t as freshly cooked but it was hot because we were told they were put back on the oven for us. They were nice nevertheless and I couldn’t fault the staff for friendliness and efficiency. My dinner guest was embarrassed by the whole affair however.

We were shopping at Riverside Northampton stopped for lunch at Pizza Hut. We hadn't booked, but it was a quiet day. Our waitress was really helpful particularly with my 2 grandchildren. The pizzas soon arrived. They were tasty the salad drinks were all fresh. Definitely somewhere we would go to again.
