Guy on overnight is always on break...I've been there at 2am, 3am, and in between. 4 outa 5 times he's always closed and nowhere to be seen

I went in one day this week around 8pm and i was absolutely shocked when i noticed one of the workers wasn?t even wearing a mask. Masks are mandatory still and i feel uncomfortable being served by someone not wearing one.
