Dunkin' - Northbrook

They suggested they had the donuts I asked for and took my money and when I got to the window they didn't. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't give one cause there was no manager on duty. Don't go here.

The other reviews are like Karen’s cause this is the best Dunkin in the glenview area. The donuts are always FRESH!!! I can only come here for donuts now because they are the best at this location. Staff is always friendly to me and I’ve never had any issues. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work :
