Dairy Queen - Northfield

I visited the Northfield location with my family on 08/28/22 to buy four cones. We placed our order at the speaker, and the girl took our payment without washing her hands. She then used the same hands to serve us our cones, and I noticed she had just taken an order from four other cars before ours. It was quite an unpleasant situation, and her lack of hygiene was very concerning. I won’t be returning again.

The dining room was closed, and I didn't receive what I paid for at the drive-thru. Is there anyone who cares about providing quality service these days?

I visited the Northfield Dairy Queen to order a small banana split Blizzard, but it turned out to be just plain vanilla ice cream with a single small piece of banana. We politely requested for it to be remade, and they agreed. However, what I received next was a smoothie that was overflowing with fruits. I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location.

Generally good service and good product. Kind of over priced for the quality in general, but it's a chain so what are you going to do.

Our little DQ in Northfield opened again in March and I had to have my traditional treat! I also have a butterfinger or m m small blizzard. They do a great job they are always super friendly and smiling
