Feedback gevenThe dining room was closed, and I didn't receive what I paid for at the drive-thru. Is there anyone who cares about providing quality service these days?
Generally good service and good product. Kind of over priced for the quality in general, but it's a chain so what are you going to do.
Our little DQ in Northfield opened again in March and I had to have my traditional treat! I also have a butterfinger or m m small blizzard. They do a great job they are always super friendly and smiling
I've visited this restaurant once before, and my experience was decent – nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. However, this time, the person taking my order spent the entire time laughing, which made it difficult for me to communicate my order. I could also hear others in the background laughing. Even at the pickup window, the staff seemed to be having more fun than focusing on their work; I noticed them joking around while taking orders, which was even more distracting. The only bright spot was the person who handed me my ice cream. They did a great job, and the ice cream was fantastic, but the overall customer service was very lacking. It felt like the person who took my order was just a friend of the staff, trying their hand at the drive-thru without the necessary training.
Friendly services and a clean Dairy Queen. Always great service! Thank you!
