South End Tavern - Northfield

The pictures of the inside definitely aren't accurate. It might have gone through changes but it's a bar with a kitchen. Pool table, dart board, dim lights. Looks like a good neighborhood watering hole but not a fancy restaurant. Having said that, got the chicken tenders and tacos. Foods decent, seemed fresh and very cheap. All around a good solid spot for a quick bite.

The south end Saloon and Eatery is alive and well the Chef has been on board for the pass 6 months. The food has been consistently great to service and the homelike sitting has been consistent coming soon Rib eye Thursdays 10 oz ribeye Garlic mashed potatoes and vey of the Day Tuesday is .75 cent wings. Sunday enjoy you favorite sport team. While you enjoy a deluxe Burger and a Draft Beer

Southend has great food very good customer service and is a place for good people to hang out

This was a drive bye today and we are very pleased. The atmosphere is friendly with locals that have deep roots here. The food is absolutely wonderful that is created by a dedicated chef and excellent short order staff. We will be back for continued appetizing food, friendly staff and local patrons.

I made an impromptu stop with my wife for breakfast Sunday morning. I was surprised to see how extensive the menu was. Had the Irish Eggs Benedict and they were phenomenal. Will definitely come again! PS.... The cinnamon rolls are to die for.
