Important tip for ordering refreshers: if you want more than a couple of sips, make sure to request them with light or no ice. Otherwise, they’ll be filled to the brim with ice, and you’ll only get two sips before it's all gone. The manager I spoke to at 4:35 a.m. on November 6 mentioned that this is their standard practice for refreshers, so if you want a decent amount, it's best to ask for less ice. I’ve repeated this advice multiple times, but it wasn't offered to me initially. What I received felt more like a small shot filled with ice, rather than the medium drink I ordered. This feels misleading! I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service; he could have suggested this option since it was my first time trying something new.

Today at 3:55 PM, my friend ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and a venti caramel macchiato to take home. Both coffees were extremely burnt. In the past few visits, we’ve had the same issue with burned coffee, but we hoped today would be different. I really miss the Dieducks on 2nd Street by the campus. I’m giving this place two stars solely for the cakes we ordered. Save your money or go to Heine Bros. down the road. 10/30/2022

We are never disappointed when we visit this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, and our orders are consistently accurate.

I have placed a mobile order and wanted to go in and get it, but I saw that there is no line going through or parking. as soon as I told the girl in the drive through, she said, "because you just placed it, it takes 5 minutes to move you." I thought it would be the same as ordering it when driving. I think she was new, the customer service here is really good, but she was terrible. order to 7/17/22 at 17:15 o'clock.

It 's not worth the amount of money they charge for a small refreshing drink and they fill the cup entirely with ice. Remind them to put little ice or no ice at all, or just ask for the ice on the side.
