Domino's Pizza - Northfleet

Ordered a pizza from here recently and it was never delivered. I received a call from the driver who said he was lost . I had no idea where he was and his English wasn 't great, so I barely understood him. He said the reason he couldn 't deliver was because there were too many houses , which is one of the most incredible things I 've ever heard. I kept calling the Dominos Northfleet branch and nobody was answering. Eventually I got through, and the lady at the store had a terrible attitude, also didn 't speak great English and was also blaming me, accusing me of not answering the phone. She said she 'd send another driver out, meaning they 'd have to get the pizza back from the first guy and then send it out again. Cold by the time it arrives no doubt. I told her it was unacceptable and that I would contact head office. Still have not received a refund, the head office is trying to force me to accept credit for another free pizza, so I will continue to fight for the refund. I will never order from here again, all I wanted was a pizza, but apparently they aren 't capable of delivering one and caused me a total headache.
