Pizza Hut - Northglenn

Awkward painful embarrassing. Ordered online website showed ready at 645. We arrived at 645 and were told still not ready.There’s several people standing around staring. Plenty of people in the kitchen but??? At minimum 15 people waiting for orders. Maybe kitchen needs trained on assembly line? Idk it was so

Food is awful and cold when it came out the atmosphere is not that good and their service is honestly rude and bad they were in a rude tone and was short answering me honestly would not recommend.

I ordered online and the food was cold and hard. So I took the pizza back and asked for another pizza after waiting 30 minutes the pizza wasn't even hot. Not even fresh out the oven when I got it. I will be ordering somewhere

Here goes to the worst review, I can’t believe the customer service I received how unsanitary the employees are. I just moved into the neighborhood placed a order online at this location well my food never arrived multiple phone calls an left a VM no pickup no call back nothing so 3 hours later I decided to go into the location to see if maybe they’re closed or something so I walk in first I see a lady with no gloves or hair net on handling the pizza than she comes up to the desk I tell her the situation of ordering online an there was no delivery whole time she kept talking when I was saying “I’m the only one working” I tell her well I called about 6 times so I show her my call log an she walks off an I’m like hey what about my pizza? She said she’s canceling my food because I was being rude when I really wasn’t? I think she just didn’t want to work so she cancels my order it’s one less for her to do. The situation was just messed up I expected her to at least ask for my name or number what I ordered so she can make it right but nope I got the complete opposite! She tells me to leave the store screaming like a crazy person I was literally in shock scared for my life so I left right away not knowing what this crazy lady was capable of. I took a video of everything but this review don’t let me upload videos I believe the woman’s name was Julia or Julie

Ordered from the website, however they sent a DoorDasher. Was out of the soda I ordered, instead of calling and telling me so I can pick something else they charged me anyways and won’t refund it.
