Feedback gevenThis is the best Sonic in town! Today, our car hops were fantastic – they were friendly and hilarious! The food was also delicious! This place really sets an example for others on how to run a restaurant!
I placed an order at Sonic in Northport, but for some reason, my debit card wouldn’t go through. I asked them to cancel the order. A few minutes later, the young lady brought my card back along with my order and informed me that there was no charge — just enjoy it! It’s refreshing to see that there are still kind-hearted people out there in this chaotic world!
I recently visited the Northport Sonic, a place I usually go to 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at home and didn’t realize it until after I placed my order, which included a mint milkshake that totaled just over $16. When I realized my mistake, I quickly pressed the red button to cancel my order and asked if I could drive home to retrieve my wallet. Kimmy, the server, refused my request, saying the meal was on her. I was quite embarrassed to find myself unable to pay for my order. My first thought was to go home, get my wallet, and come back to settle the bill. Instead, I chose to graciously accept this unexpected kindness from a stranger and embrace the spirit of giving this season. Thank you, Kimmy. Your kindness is appreciated!
