Feedback gevenThis place feels just like a chain trying to capitalize on a big name and doesn't compare to the Burbank location. There are definitely better options available. I gave the waitress 3 stars because she made an effort, but the person who seated us seemed indifferent and hastily reminded us that we had to leave in 90 minutes.
This restaurant is quite dirty and has an old appearance. The chicken had a bizarre yellow tint, and the salad wasn't fresh at all.
The Speck Cheeseburger had a larger patty and better-looking buns. At first glance, it seemed promising, but it turned out to be a disappointing mix. We ordered it cooked well, but what we got was a dry burger that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, and the bacon looked quite old. We also ordered a hot dog for my daughter, which was just a basic hot dog—nothing special, and I didn’t expect much from it anyway. The fries were good at first—they were crispy and tasty—but after a few minutes, I didn’t enjoy them anymore, likely due to our overall experience with the burgers. I mentioned my concerns about the food quality, especially since there were hardly any other customers at the time, so there was no excuse for the poor preparation. The waitress assured me she would pass on my feedback. A few minutes later, she returned with my bill and informed me that she had applied a $4 discount. I appreciated the gesture, but I wasn't looking for free food; I expected better customer service, especially from such a well-known establishment. Since it was our first visit and we were served food that should have been discarded, I doubt I'll return. I tried their most popular items, and unfortunately, they didn’t impress me.
So disappointed that this situation goes completely downhill. I remember when it opened. Now the lights that illuminate the shield outside are only half the work, the cabin seats are all torn, and the register area looks like a swap meeting filled with children's toys. I had to ask our waitress that someone sweeps the floor because there were bones and debris on the floor. I was afraid someone would slip and fall. Countless employees just went by as if it wasn't even there. Our meal was exceptional and the service was great. What happened? I hope this place will return to its original glory. Shopping Center contains a fairly large target and Kohls shop.
Did a take out order. Waited 10 minutes before anyone went to the front counter. When I went to investigate 3 employees were standing in the back eating and laughing. I was so disappointed at how unkept it was. The doors and showcase were filthy, as were the partitions between seats. The counter held a place for the sale of shirts and they were just thrown there. Sloppy!!!!!! A little soap and water would do wonders. Who lets their front doors entering their business be filthy. Won?t go back.
