They automatically add a 15% tip, even if your table has fewer than six people, making the tip mandatory for the sole waitress/cashier on duty. Without a receipt, it's impossible to see how the bill is itemized. Between taxes and tips, you end up paying more than you should. Additionally, there's a large 'B' grade displayed at the entrance.
The best Peruvian chicken in the valley! The portions are generous and perfect for sharing.
I ordered lomo saltado about a month ago and didn't like it at all. I decided to give them a second chance today, but unfortunately, the taste and smell of the meat were off-putting. They really need to cook the food properly or use some seasonings. I don't think I'll be returning now.
This place was introduced to me by one of my really good friends and I have to say it truly is one of the BEST Peruvian restaurants I've ever tried. I'd go as far as to say it's one of the best period.
"First and foremost, they only accept cash—no invoices or receipts provided. You're left to trust that the bill is accurate, but unfortunately, it's not. They claim to automatically add a 15% service charge, regardless of whether there are fewer than six people at the table. This charge seems to be mandatory because there is only one waitress/cashier on duty. Without a receipt, it's unclear how the bill is finalized. Between taxes and the service charge, you'll end up paying more than expected. Additionally, there's a large 'B' rating displayed at the entrance."
