Hook'd Fish Grill - Northridge

I love this place. I've been here since the opening. Now they have a second location. Well deserved. It is really good and very fair price for quality. Dennis really added to the church when he opened these places. Great guy, too, if you have a chance to meet him. Keep the success. Great concept. Great food. It is hard to find a cheap, fairly fast service seafood place. In fact, there are not many I can even think about, unless you go to the beach. Immerse yourself and sample the crispy tacos, salmon or white fish dinner. They offer sides like fresh ingenious salad and white or even brown rice. Special note: You 're SPFs (sweet potato fries) are 'off the hook' good. Amb for dinner or take it with you. You'll be happy. And soon you will be addicted to how many locals are. Kudos Dennis. I've been coming here for a while, and it's my favorite restaurant. If you enjoy fish, this is the perfect spot for you. The service is quick, and the food is absolutely delicious!

The Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Cajun here is soooo good! Also their Cajun Fries is very amazing. You can't go wrong here. My girlfriend got their Mahi Mahi which she loved. The skin came off very easy on the shrimp, so I really like that.

I know delivery makes fried food a little soft but no. Just NO. The color alone shows the fish was barely fried or they put so many in the fryer that the oil got cool. Soggy and floppy ? same goes for the fries.

1st time visit: thought this place was very clean, friendly staff, large portions, and they served us up some very tasty delicious fish today! (Fried Catfish and Grilled Snapper). Honestly, if I lived here I'd be back again real soon to try something new!
