Feedback gevenThe fast food restaurant is clean, and the staff were decent. However, I expected more from their new chicken sandwich. It could have used a bit more sauce and was a little dry, but overall, it had a pretty good flavor.
Among all the Wendy's I've visited, this one really frustrates me. They don't accept Apple Pay, and they only inform you about it once you've reached the drive-thru window. Additionally, they're frequently out of barbecue sauce and other condiments for some reason.
I used to live in this area a couple of years ago, and this Wendy's was always a favorite of mine. Recently, I stopped by to grab a bite to eat, and I was really disappointed. I requested extra lettuce on my burger, but I only received one leaf—apparently, that was too much to ask for. The salads I ordered were wilted, and the sodas were served at room temperature, with just three pieces of ice floating on top. Considering it was 105 degrees outside, warm soda was incredibly unappealing, so I ended up throwing them away. Overall, the food quality was poor, and the employees at the drive-thru were not friendly at all. They practically tossed my food at me and then closed the window without a word. It's such a shame to see this place decline; it used to have great food and a friendly atmosphere.
Food was done correctly, the way I asked for it to be made. The service was fast and very polite. I think I found my new favorite wendy's in America.
Generally, they are ok but it takes too long to order during lunch and except value menus, it's not worth it. Baconator I got was smaller than double stack and bacon inside was same as Jr. Bacon cheese burger. Wasted $8. Disappointed.
