Ladhars Fish - Northumberland

I highly recommend the fish and chips at this restaurant. The portions are generous and I have never been disappointed during my visits. The curry sauce and mushy peas are also delicious.

Bought cod bites, smoked sausage and large chips on 28 June. While the first two items were well-cooked, the chips were a bare pass, and were greasy in places. Although reasonable overall value for money £9.50), I've had far better elsewhere. Servers were quite friendly.

Best fish and chips I’ve had in years. The haddock portion was very large and very fresh perfectly cooked with light crispy batter. I’ve eaten fish and chips around the country from Shetland, Dumfries, Norwich, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Guernsey but this is the best I’ve tasted for many years! Good, friendly service too.

Absolutely spot on freshly cooked fish and chips by the sea. Beautiful chunky fish in crisp batter. Will be visiting them again soon

We had fantastic service at Ladhars this week. We had a large party of 42 and they provided us with a fish and chip lunch that was top quality. It was ready for collection at the prearranged time on time and piping hot .They are incredibly friendly and helpful.
