Otterburn Tower Country House

We stayed at this restaurant for two nights with our little dog. The place was stunning and full of character. The journey to the castle entrance was impressive and allowed us to appreciate the building's architecture. At reception, there was a small log fire that added to the cozy atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional 5-star customer service and were very knowledgeable. Our room had a unique view and layout, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold foods, as well as jams and juices. We also enjoyed the dinner menu, which had generous portions and was very tasty. The staff easily accommodated any requests we had. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning in the future with our family. This place is truly stunning, with exceptional staff who are very dog-friendly. It was the best stay we've had in a long time.

Beautiful building, beautiful room and great breakfast, but by far the excellent function is the personal! fantastic service, nothing was a work, and we were made to feel so welcome. well done.

This was our second stay at Otterburn Castle Landhotel, and we were just as impressed as the first time. The family-run hotel truly feels like a home away from home, with each room having its own unique charm. We stayed in the Library Suite, room 7, which was absolutely stunning with its four-poster bed and elegant furnishings. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection, and we also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the hotel. The staff made us feel like part of their family, which added to the already wonderful experience. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. If you prefer a more corporate hotel experience where staff may not remember your name, this may not be the place for you. But for those looking for a cozy and personalized stay, we highly recommend Otterburn Castle Landhotel. We will definitely be back soon.

I stayed at the hotel while I was visiting for a special occasion. It is a family-run establishment with a lovely personal touch. I felt incredibly relaxed during my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer! The service was excellent and I had a wonderful time.

A nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. However, for £150 per night I think the rooms are in need of refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower unit is awful. The breakfast offering was a bit basic as well.
