Went for a special family lunch today and we were met by what can only be described as a shambles

The food options are limited and the wine selection is as well. However, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant for dining and drinking.

I was disappointed that my main course was finished by the time the vegetables arrived.

Was staying locally and needed a dog friendly pub. Food was great. Staff very attentive. Impressed.

We stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner and were greeted by very helpful staff who took our orders promptly. The atmosphere was delightful, with plenty of space at our table. The food was exceptional, particularly the chicken in leek sauce which was probably the best I've ever had. The baked Brie starter was also delicious. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we definitely plan on returning!
