Four Corners Diner - NORTHVILLE

We stopped for breakfast and we got a lot more than we negotiated. Cheap prices and food was OUTSTANDING. The fried potatoes/hash browns were perfectly carmelized with the most beautiful flavors sent into them, that only happens if the cook is not afraid to use heat! You have to burn something to cook it right. I can't wait to get back to Shelby's 4 Corner Diner. What a little jewel we discovered there near the bridge in Edinberg.

One of my favorite places to dine. Have never ever gotten a bad meal there. The cook and waitresses and awesome. Last but not least they have the best Prime Rib in the North Country.

Had lunch here last year while working in the area and had a really great lunch.

Today sat there.... The staff was friendly... Food was great and the Strawberry Rhabarb Pie was delicious...... Would definitely recommend to stop friends and family there....
