The barista got my order wrong and refused to change the order, saying it’s the policy. I will never return to that Starbucks. They get paid from you, and refuse to remake a drink that I didn’t touch. Bad attitudes and horrible service. Lol they were happy to refund me when I asked, but wouldn’t fix or remake the drink. Starbucks, look at who you’re hiring.
Drive thru is extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get my coffee with only 2 cars ahead of me. Staff is not friendly, the person handing me my coffee never said a word. I told him good morning. No response. I thanked him, no response. This is the service you get from a poorly managed McDonald’s, not a Starbucks.
Consistently a 30 min wait for the drive thru on weekend with incorrect orders. Nice staff but they clearly need some help with rush hours
I'm just not recieving the Starbucks customer care required by staff. Almost every morning there is no line and yet they rush me and don't even make me feel welcome. Not sure I can keep going to this particular Starbucks.
