Despite this experience, the store itself was well-maintained, and the rest of the staff were friendly. The food and drinks met my expectations, considering that it’s Dunkin' Donuts. One of the best in the area! This Dunkin’ location consistently outshines others nearby. It’s a pity there’s no drive-thru, but honestly, that might be what contributes to the better quality of the food—they take their time and focus on preparing it well rather than rushing to get it out the door.

This particular Dunkin' doesn't have a drive-thru, and I think that's a positive aspect. It allows for a moment of warmth and connection with customers, which gives the employees a sense of appreciation that you miss when communicating through a headset. I’ve never had to wait behind a car here.

I just ordered two wake-up wraps, and I noticed that in one of them, the cheese is actually on the outside of the wrap. In the other wrap, the egg is barely even inside it.
