Feedback gevenI don't live here at the beginning. I visited a brother and we went because we like Red Robin and it was our birthday dinner (yes for free birthday burgers! . The restaurant was clean, the waiting time was very short, and our server arrived quickly. It seemed to be less TVs at this point than most others I had. No big problem, just worth mentioning. Our server was very good. She was prompt with our refills (frackled lemonades for sale for happy hour and with more and more frits and mandarin oranges. The burgers were delicious and the pommes were delicious. I took a star this time because we ordered our burgers with a roasted Brioche beer, but got the standard sesame. I'm autistic and scared, so I didn't give it up in the store. I hung a picture of my niece that enjoyed it like that. She had Mac and cheese, 3 servings of oranges and a lot of milk. Great trip and good food.

Has gone down hill quickly with new management. Poor employees that have to endure this Poor guests that don?t realize they are eating with mice and mice droppings. Yuck ?
The way the customer assesses a restaurant falls largely rightly or wrongly on how their server did. We had one of the best servers ever at this Red Robin she has worked in table service for 10 years and her excellence shined out! Great job!! The food is always good at Red Robin and that was the case again here. We will be back again!
I usually enjoy RR, but my order just wasn't the usual great food. The sweet potato fries were cold, and I mean cold. The wrap was okay, but it felt like it was taken out of the refrigerator and put on a serving plate. My mistake was not asking the server to heat up the fries. However, my experience today won't stop me from going back, but it would have been nice if our server had offered me a refill on my drink!
