Fat Cat Pie Co - Norwalk

We randomly stumbled upon Fat Cat as we were wandering the streets of an unfamiliar city in search of a late-night meal. The owner graciously welcomed us in and treated us like family. The pizza was absolutely delicious - thin crust and small pies that were perfect for us hungry folks. We loaded up on toppings and enjoyed trying out the various seasonings brought to our table. To top it off, we were treated to a complimentary dessert to share - a lavender ice cream sandwich that was outstanding. Even though I live over an hour away, I would make the trip just to have another pizza at Fat Cat. Thank you for your hospitality and fantastic food!

Fat Cat is the perfect spot for a romantic first or second date, offering the best gluten-free pizza in the world along with a delicious selection of Penzys spices. Be sure to also try one of their fantastic house wines, carefully chosen by the family owners.

The restaurant serves delicious thin crust pizzas that are crispy and full of flavor. I usually order the Eggplant with Prosciutto Pizza. They provide a box of different spices at the table for you to customize the flavor. The wine selection is impressive, with a great Rioja last time I visited. The restaurant is conveniently located near our home, so we frequent it often. The staff and owner are very friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend checking it out!

Five Stars for fine wine, affordability, and a conscientious crew. Organic, simple, down to earth. Pizza, cheese plates, salads, and desserts. Been open over 10 years and we still eat there just about weekly, as we have been for all 10. The 'Cheers ' of wine bars with a new plus: killer jazz Monday nights. Love this community centered place!
