Bobby Q’s Cue Co - Norwalk

I know they had trouble with their printer the night I ate there but the service was terrible. They had to take our order three times. It took 30 min for drinks to come out and they never checked on us. However, the brisket is great.

The food was good and the portion was just the right size. No children’s menu though and we had to ask for crayons. The waiters looked bored and disheveled and some stood around near our table. There was trash on the concrete floor which didn’t seem to bother the staff. Both men’s and women’s restrooms had run out of towels. I guess you get what you pay for.

This was my first visit to their Norwalk site, and I found it to be an absolute gem. The ambiance, outstanding food and attentive and personable service was greatly noticed. I look forward to returning as soon and as often as possible.

Good restaurant with good food with service staff that want to make sure you have a good experience. Went for lunch when it wasn’t very busy, but we were a large party.

We were seated quickly and the service was excellent and friendly. Lots of good choices on the menu. A favorite go to spot.
