Chipotle Mexican Grill - Norwalk

Food is always good. It must be that they have to cut back and save money to pay higher wages . My food quantity has gone down very noticeably the edges used to be full now its empty.

Horrible! I've been to chipotle before but this was my worst experience of All. Rude service first off. Server gave very small portions of protein on each order(I ordered 3) He rushed all orders basically made all the orders full of a sloppy mess of everything else. Then I pulled up my app on my cell which he was supposed to scan so I can receive my free order of chips and guac and he refused to scan. He Stated its probably expired I'm not going to scan it..??!!!!! He was pompous n rude Im never going back there again!! I cant even believe I actually preceded to buy that sloppy unsatisfying unfulfilling food! I should have just walked out!!!!! Very rude inconsiderate and obviously untrained employees!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

The atmosphere was mellow service was helpful. Got my dinner food was tasty fresh although the pinto beans needed a bit more cooking.

I took out a chicken bowl here this evening But when I came home and ate it, there was uncooked rice in it. So I drove with it and went to change it and they changed it to a new one with new rice. Then I came home and ate with my family, and there was another uncooked rice.Again...... So I drove back again and They spoke to us unkindly, and then we were coming out with a refun, and he called us and said to throw away the food we took back with our hands. We had wasted time around 40min. and waste gas, got hungry. They didn't say even sorry.They are so mean and rude.

What can I say? It's delicious and the team putting the carefully crafted meals together are true professionals despite customers strangely pointing their fingers at the different ingredients like the craftspeople didn't know where they were . Be sure to tip these artists!
