I go here all the time and I used to love this little Caesars but now that’s changed. I got two extra most best pepperoni pizzas and some wings. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food which I understood because it was a Saturday night. I get my god and I’m eating pizza on my way home. I get to the end of my serving slice and I pull a long brown shiny piece of hair out of my mouth. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY MOUTH!!!!!! So I go back Easter making sure the hair wasn’t mine. The manager offered me new pizza. I turned it down and asked for my money back because their female employed all has loose ponytails where their hair was still hanging down. Even if you wear a hat their hair should be in a bun so no hair falls in the food. I will not be going back to this location if they are going to allow their employees to be careless. I was so disgusted. I threw up because of them being nasty. Number one role in food services is making sure your hair is tied up to prevent hair in food.
This location never has hot and ready pizza like it's supposed to be. Its always a 10-20 min wait. Today is 25 min wait. For just regular peperoni. Just go somewhere else.
Horrible service and more. Placed an order online and after said it would be quite a while before they would get our order done. So I called the store. I was welcomed with a busy signal, then someone who couldn 't speak English well. Said he would call the store (wasn 't I calling the store). Sat on hold for 25 min, yes TWENTY FIVE MINUTES WITHOUT AN ANSWER. my husband went to the store, and no one wanted to help him. When he asked for help the female gave him attitude and was rude. He asked for a manager who promptly was rude and not helpful. He basically said that he was busy and to get over it because we had our pizza. Our pizza that sat in the heat portal for 25 min before our pizza was supposed to even be picked up. Just sitting there and no contact. When asked, the manager shrugged and said oh well, you got your pizza, not my problem . It is your problem. My young children were waiting for dinner that was not even hot nor tasty. It 's extremely disappointing that we were treated this way and still expected to pay for our meal and not even a sorry. I need someone to email me back and explain this. I would like a full refund and a chance for your store in Norwalk ca to make it right. Will this happen? Will this just go on deaf ears? I hope little Caesar 's makes this right.
