However, I was disappointed that the cashier didn't change her gloves after handling my money; she used the same blue gloves to prepare my bowl. I was short on time during my lunch break, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location. Since I work in Westport, I have both this location and the Fairfield one nearby, and I’ve decided that Fairfield will be my go-to choice from now on. They provide excellent service and always make great suggestions, which I really appreciate. Fairfield truly has fantastic customer service!
Wish I had opened the bowl I purchased before leaving. The amount of coconut the employee put in it was absurb, it was on top and in it, killing the entire thing. It was so bad i attempted to strain the coconut but but there was just no saving it.

I work in Westport, so I'm often between here and the Fairfield location, which I’ve decided will be my go-to from now on. The Fairfield staff is fantastic; I’ve never had any issues there. They also do a great job of suggesting menu items, which I appreciate. Overall, Fairfield offers excellent customer service!
I visited Robeks today and left feeling quite disappointed. It was close to closing time, and the staff member seemed to be in a hurry. I ordered two smoothies—a small and a medium—both of which typically take less than three minutes to prepare. However, he rushed through making my order, and the result was a lumpy smoothie that wasn’t properly blended. When I tried to sip it through the straw, it often got stuck due to the inconsistency. I've ordered this same smoothie many times before, and it has never turned out like this, which was really off-putting. Honestly, I could have made a better one at home. Normally, my experiences here have been great, but this time it was a letdown. It wouldn’t have taken much longer to make sure the smoothies were done right, especially since there was still time before closing. Rushing through the process definitely affected the quality, and in this instance, it did not turn out well at all. I'm feeling quite annoyed.
This location I seem to always have a problem with my smoothies being made wrong and since it's for delivery I'm offered a refund that NEVER happens! I'm owed 2 refunds so far from 2 separate occasions and still haven't received either! I wouldn't recommend ordering from norwalk robeks especially if it's for delivery, they will mess up your order and not return your money after promising a refund.
