Butch's Breakfast Club - Norwich

It's a delightful trip down memory lane at this restaurant. You can always count on fresh coffee brewing and made-to-order breakfasts. The pancake batter is particularly delicious. While some of the other menu items may be ordinary, it hardly matters in the nostalgic atmosphere. With oldies playing on the jukebox and patrons politely asking if it's okay to smoke, the food almost becomes secondary to the overall experience. If you're lucky, Butch might share stories from the past when factory workers would come in late at night to enjoy the same menu that is still being served today. This place is a must-visit if you're in the area.

My new favorite hole-in-the-wall breakfast. The owner is a friendly gentleman who serves good food. Old school like Granddad serves breakfast for the grandchildren. I enjoyed the unpretentious atmosphere and a friendly conversation. Unfortunately, the day we came after some jackets tried to smash the window to break in and steal from this hard working man. If you're ever in the area, I suggest you're over and support these wonderful people and enjoy a home cooked meal.

If you know your breakfast, there is no doubt if you leave this place you found a jewel. Bacon was boiled to absolute perfection and the steak was great. Everything was done right on site and there was plenty of entertainment and coffee to go. Butch did 50 years there, what he loves and you can taste it in every bite.

This is a fantastic little restaurant! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend it if you're in need of a breakfast or lunch spot.

My family had breakfast at Butch this morning. The man made delicious breakfast sandwiches. We had a wonderful start to our day. Thank you Butch, we will definitely be returning soon!
