We have been here for decades and eating is very good, best italian in norwich, much better that tratoria rustica

A group of 11 came for an evening business meal and we were warmly welcomed and sitting fast the service was impeccable and the eating delicious and in generous portions the ambiente is modern and all areas impeccably clean very recommended

Great food and service. traditional Italian cuisine and a good atmosphere. would recommend and we will certainly revise.

4 of us ate in pinocchios last night as part of my birthday parties. the restaurant itself has a beautiful ambiente and they feel definitiw as they are in a proper Italian restaurant. the food was generally good. risotto. pizza, tagliatelle all satisfied. I ordered. the cannelloni, which was tasty, was on the smaller side. that is in order, but I would have more lead from the person who takes our job to help maximize the pleasure of my meal. maybe a side or side salad. I ended the conclusion before my ess mate and was still hungry. the service was quite attentive, but we felt a little rushed (I understand that the turnover of tables is important for the restaurant), but there is one way that can be done without feeling how they are an inconvenience. we had to ask for the Dessert menu (i.e. we wanted to spend more money with them, and I was still hungry for my cannelloni). the bill was transferred abruptly to us without any communication and at least one person was still eaten. (we were at our table, maybe not anymore that 75/80 minutes at this point). so overall good, but as a constructive criticism at the restaurant, the experience could be much better, with some focus on better communication.

Best restaurant in Norwich fantastic food. First timer not last timer! We will be back. The staff great the restaurant great the food fantastic!
