The food was delivered to my hotel piping hot. It was delicious, and even the Keema-Nan didn’t have any clumped kebab in the middle, which is usually the case. I highly recommend it!

I like this place, but 2 orders in a row, the brot on the chicken meat root starter is boiled, in a round raw. such a scandal that they get the topping perfectly with aromen and season every time. that's one of my favorite dishes, but they ruin it. I have not complained about something else

The only downsides I've noticed are that sometimes there’s a bit too much oil in the dishes, and during my last few orders, the curry containers have been only half full. It seems like they might have a new staff member or are trying to cut costs, as they used to always serve full portions. It sometimes feels like I'm paying for a main dish but only getting a side portion. Also, they often forget the number of mango chutneys we've ordered and paid for, consistently giving us one less. Despite these issues, I would still recommend Shah Zahan. This takeaway outshines many other Indian restaurants in Norwich, and it's definitely worth it when the curry containers are full.
