Friendly staff... Welcoming waiters... the lady at the door, maybe she can try and smile... would make a difference.... Doesn't cost to smile! Nevertheless, the overall experience with the floor staff and quality of food was enjoyable. Lasagne was cooked to perfect beautiful flavors. Pizza was dry could have had more cheese, but the crust/base was thin and not burnt so made up for that.

The service was superb. Everyone, including the manager, is forever on the floor, checking up on customers and attending to their needs. I like the seats that are outside. The cool breeze and fresh air are worth it. I will definitely be going back again.

Sneaky little getaway for a pasta and a glass of wine, once or twice a month. Well priced, and tasty food. Always pleasant waitrons. Options to sit inside or outside, depending on the weather

Warm greeting at the door for first time visitor. Fair prices and good service from waiter Edwin. Food served hot and prepared with care. Will be back and recommend easily.

My partner and I didn't know what to do for lunch took a drive to Fratelli and was blown away we had an amazing welcome ,super friendly ,attentive waiter (sadly didn't get his name)..we Had the Taj Mahal pizza I think it was and elder flower and watermelon gin...it was delicious ! We will definitely be back..prices and reasonable atmosphere is chilled !
