I received fantastic service from the staff; having experienced workers really makes a difference as they do their jobs exceptionally well. My order arrived on time and was packaged beautifully. The seals they use are a brilliant idea, especially for deliveries.

I ordered a pizza yesterday, but it never arrived, despite having already paid for it.

The employees were too busy dancing, which caused significant delays in taking customer orders, and their rudeness was quite noticeable. During my visit, I witnessed them handing a customer an empty box without any pizza inside. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for an order that was already sitting on the shelf. If they’re not interested in working, it would be best to find someone else for the job. The level of professionalism here is disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed before any names are mentioned. Thank you.

I really appreciate the friendly staff, but I was disappointed to find that they struggle with their pizza during busy times. I had a soggy pizza today where the crust, cheese, and toppings weren't properly combined. I even took a picture to show the manager. I believe the manager will take this feedback to heart, as he has a great attitude.

I highly recommend trying the lasagna and waffles for breakfast. The small pizzas with a thick base are a great value at under R30, and if you're feeling extra hungry, you can order two pizzas for just over R100. There are options for everyone at great prices!
