Sumting Fresh

The Gujon Chicken is one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. Never a bite left uneaten. Top food. Top service.<br/ <br/ Cocktails are also lovely. Great little spot.

Every time I go to a farmers market and see Sumting Fresh it’s the first food I gravitate to so imagine my excitement when I found out they have a little restaurant in Norwood. <br/ <br/ What I had:<br/ I had the Gujon chicken which is chicken strips with Asian slaw, sweet-chili sauce, fries with Parmesan and watermelon. <br/ When I go to a farmers market I also get a winging it which is just as tasty as the gujon chicken. <br/ They also have cute juice jam jars which are so yum. <br/ <br/ So glad they have a restaurant so whenever I feel for Sumting Fresh and can’t find a market that has them then here is where I will be.

We were lucky enough to stumble across the Sumting Fresh food stall at The Horwoods Family Market this afternoon. We ordered the Italian stallion and it has got to be one of the best things I have ever eaten! Absolutely mind blowing and the gentleman taking the orders was just such a ray of sunshine and happiness. Amazing job guys! We will most definitely visit the actual restaurant soon.<br/

This restaurant on grant always has delicious food and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! Never disappointed however prices are getting a bit high.

Let’s not beat about the bush. This place is fantastic. I knew before I arrived that it would be. I was first exposed to their food at Neighbourgoods Market and I’d been wondering why they didn’t have a restaurant, till I searched for it. Took me too long. The Gua Bao Bun is my go to, but having tasted a few other foods on the menu, really you can eat anything and leave well and truly satisfied. The ambience is nothing to bang on about at home, but I think it’s forgivable to an extent. The service is what we’ve come to expect of Sumting Fresh and the food is priced very well.<br/ <br/ One thing, the restaurant has five tables inside, not sure about outside, so it could be and issue if you arrive en masse.
