Five Guys - Norwood

Eating at five guys is always good, but at this place is both eating and service excellent! I had a small mix with my order and they gave me generously an extra burger with extra speck and a free drink!

I loved everything, eat great. excellent management. very clean. wonderful experience. we're coming back.

First time ever getting Five Guys and I may never go back! The cashier was rude and uninformative ; my fries had way too much salt and to top it off the cashier messed up our order mainly because she was rushing to get off). Just a horrible experience up all the way around! Salty fries and salty I paid 25$ for a unpleasant experience.

The restaurant was unpleasantly cold, the music was at the highest volume, the cashier was unfriendly, uninterested and rude. The order was thrown into the bag upside down, the food was coLd. The experience was unpleasant, unprofessional and just rude. Will NEVER go to this restaurant again. The franchise owner needs to hire and train new staff. A young female employee was the only person really working.
