The staff was friendly and clean. massive plexiglass fixation in public/staff interaction areas still available for covid. c’mon people go back to interact with their customers. If you're afraid, you'll get a job from home.
Mcdon worstd’s to go do not have a customer service never to go this place again. they double complained went there to get my money back and the wut that gave me an employment about my money went to another mc donalds a order, the same thing and complaining where different. they need to do better a stop to hire good customer service goes away.
Where do I begin? I asked them why the lobby was locked while I was ordering no response. Then some guy who claims he is the manager with no name tag starts being argumentative confronting me with, were you the one asking about the lobby being closed? I responded yes. He said because we do not have enough employees so I decided to close the lobby. He was so rude. Waited forever for the food it was cold returned it. He did not apologize, and started again with his arrogant rant at the point disposed of the food and left. I was not about to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for food again that I paid for. Really upset at this point. McDonald's get your act together your organizational skills, and training is non-existent.
