Ragazzi Lounge - Norwood

This was my first visit since the takeover, and I found the ambiance to be soft and quiet, which I really liked. I started with the mushroom soup. It was good, though not exceptional. As mushroom soup is one of my favorites, I'm quite discerning about it, but I wouldn't hesitate to order it again on my next visit. For my main course, I had a special: Chicken Rollatini stuffed with spinach and a cheese I can't remember, served with mashed potatoes and a tangy, coarsely chopped spinach side. It was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent—very attentive staff, and the food arrived in a timely manner. While the prices were a bit on the high side, they were still reasonable considering the quality of the food and the area. I'm looking forward to returning!

The food was fantastic. The fried calamari meatballs appetizer was exceptional. The service was outstanding; the staff was very attentive.

Ragazzi is not open. They are closed now for about a month for remodeling and renaming.

This was my second visit for lunch on the outdoor patio, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We had to go inside twice just to check on our food, ask for water, and request the bill. We waited nearly 45 minutes for three avocado salads and one lunch entrée. When it was finally time to pay, I was shocked to see that we were charged double the prices listed on the menu. For an avocado salad advertised at $7.99, we were charged $18.95. The second avocado salad, which was priced at $7.95, also had added salmon for an additional $7.00, but we were charged $18.95 again. The waitress explained that the computer had different prices and that prices had increased, which left me in complete disbelief. Although the bill was slightly reduced by $15.00, we still ended up overpaying for our lunches. Overall, it was a horrific experience, and I will never return to this restaurant. It's a total rip-off.

I had a very unpleasant experience when I called to place a pickup order. The staff were rude, and I do not plan to order from this restaurant again.
