Caffe Nero Bollente - NOTO

Waiting time for food 1.5 hr ! Food was average, service average. Would not recommend it. Definitely not going to dine there again.

Thought we'd sit and have an aperitivo before dinner. Waitress showed us to a table and sanitised it good start. After that, we never saw her again. We watched while others people get seated, brought menus, had orders taken and drinks brought out. After about 15 minutes I went inside to try to order, which provoked the manager to then shout at the Waitress (who was standing inside doing nothing) because she should have served us. Took ages to order and for our drinks to arrive m at this point we didn't even want to be there. We're Italian, so no language barrier that would have made it difficult to communicate. Just rude and unprofessional staff

We visited thus place on the afternoon of the 9th May it had just started to rain and we thought we'd get some drinks and maybe food and wait it out ... Never again! The waitress saw us come in and even wiped our table before we sat down that's about as far as the service went ... She disappeared and after approximately 15 to 20 minutes we still had not been served ... but others who had come after us had... thinking it might not be table service my other half checked at the counter the woman questioned said waitress about why a customer had not been served and had to come up to the till ... after this we did get served but the waitress was rude and dismissive ... we also noticed that locals were getting served first with menus and a smile but tourists were not ... not sure what that was all about but I would advise you don't bother going here service was awful and was made to feel very unwelcome

Service was ok, the waiter that needed us was polite. Price...extremely expensive. Not recommended. Staff available, good quality but too high price. Not recommended

Rip off and terrible service. Charged us a cover charge and there was no notice. Almost 7 Euros! First time we had this charge added. Very slow grumpy service and mediocre food. A true tourist town experience.
