Eato's Pizza - Nottingham

Food and service use to be good. Gradually went down and tonight was the last straw.. took my order. An hour went past. Had to call just for them to tell me I didn?t order. Then they called back to tell me that I did call and someone didn?t put order in..very sad.

My husband and I just ordered a tuna sub and tuna on a kaiser roll. The sub was fine, but my tuna salad sandwich tasted strange. First, there was a chunk of beef in the tuna salad on my sandwich. The kind they use for cheese steak subs. Second, the sandwichmade my mouth tingle. My husband tasted it too and he said his mouth felt odd also. After two bites of the sandwich, I realizedI couldn't eat it and threw it away. My husband called Eatos and spoke to someone who spoke to the manager. They said they'dcredit us $5 for a $6.49 sandwich. Terrible customer service. That's unacceptable. I've worked in customer service for manyyears and I would always try to make things right in the end. Eatos' remedy for this disgusting sandwich is inadequate at best.They can keep our $5 and put that money towards training and cleaning! There are plenty of better places in the area to orderfrom. Eatos is definitely one to avoid! Update: As expected, a generic response from Eato's. Folks, there is a lot ofcompetition in the area. If you want to stand out as a quality restaurant, you've got to do better.

Absolutely amazing! This place has friendly staff and amazing service as well. I love their pizza and subs and their price are also very reasonable. The menu options are an excellent values. The experience overall is very pleasant. I highly recommend thisplace.

The pizza not that impressive it was ok just regular taste , that's just my opinion. I tried it again and ordered a cold cut this time , when I got home my cold cut was a hot sandwich because they toasted my bread, usually when your sandwich is toastthat's something the customer recommends. So you know what that means.
