I really love this place! The owners and staff treat me like family.

I resonate with many reviews that highlight the awful customer service provided by the manager. It's astonishing to see how management doesn't even attempt to improve their environment or public image. I would love to have a shop in the mall, especially since there aren’t many black-owned businesses. However, this situation exemplifies how the owner seems uninterested in listening to customer feedback regarding poor service. He appears to believe that all criticism is unfounded and doesn’t take the time to understand how customers truly feel. While the food is decent, it would benefit from having fresher items displayed in the showcase. The food doesn’t need to look pristine, but it should at least look fresh. Every time I visit, it seems like the food has been sitting out for too long. Furthermore, the management seems to lack business sense. While it's not necessary to please every single guest, they should at least show that they care about customer complaints.

Can only be called good food, because this is all you get. The service is terrible. They show no sign of care about the customer or the sense of urgency to complete orders quickly.

The food here is absolutely fantastic! I’ll definitely be returning. The portion sizes are generous, and the greens and green beans were delicious. The chicken and fish were cooked to perfection! The mac and cheese was outstanding, with cheese just oozing off the fork. I’m now a devoted customer!
