Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant was very rude and slow, and the portions of food were small. When I took my family there for dinner, they did not have a table ready for us. Our drinks were ordered but did not arrive until halfway through the meal. The service was incredibly slow, and when we asked for napkins, we did not receive them until after we had finished eating. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
Food was very good. However we ordered quickly but it took long to be served. The server came back several times apologizing for long wait.
The restaurant was very busy, so we had to make a reservation online. However, the front end/host could improve by fully reading the reservation list before telling customers there is a 30-minute wait and putting them to the side. It would be better if tables were cleaned immediately after being vacated for the next customer. Unfortunately, they were out of broccoli, so I had to choose another side and pay extra for it. Despite these issues, our waiter Andrew was very friendly and attentive, despite being extremely busy.
The manager on Duty was prejudice against a group of young African American men who were trying to eat there. She refused to give them a table because only one of them as over 18. My husband and I offered to let them sit with us and even pay for their meal so that they had an adult, but she still refused. We left and will not ever return.
Horrible experience!! Waitress was great but food absolutely aweful. First food came out cold after waiting forever. Sent back to be heated but was told the we’re gonna remake it all. 5 mins later food came out. Now the first time took 30 to mins, but this only 5. So we were a little skeptical. Tens mins later a new waiter comes to the table with another order of our food and was confused why we already had food. He took it away and it was never explained, but pretty sure we didn’t get the new order of our food.
