Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Nottingham

Did not feel welcome there. I will not return. I must point out that I was not there recently, but I was at a business next door. The last time I was there was about two years ago and I didn't have a good memorable experience so I never returned. The smoothie wasn't that good either. I guess I'm a Smoothie King junkie.

I ordered a blueberry, lime, banana smoothie , with kale and spinach add in. Substituted Splenda instead of sugar- it turned brown but tasted awesome!

The smoothie was tasty, but the chicken in my southwest breakfast wrap was cold. Also, the person who served me cut the wrap in half, which caused it to fall apart.

The app was acting up and ended up charging me multiple times for my order. I went to this location to sort it out, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful! I really appreciate how accommodating they were in resolving the issue, especially since the Tropical Smoothie Café app is beyond their control.
