The staff here are absolutely amazing, so friendly and exactly how customer service should be. I’ve been served by about 6 different people and they have all been great. Always spoil my dog when we go through the drive through and have a chat

I had a wonderful experience at Chris at Costa Daleside. The service was top-notch, earning a 5-star rating. They even added sweetener to my tea for me! I will definitely be returning in the future.

The restaurant had freezing cold air conditioning on full blast, despite the chilly winter weather outside.

It's alright but too busy all the time not great taste with the coffees to say they are sooo expensive

Poor. Paid extra for extra caramel didn’t even get the standard caramel shot. Tasted awful. No care taken in making possibly due to the morning rush! Won’t be going back
