Starbucks - Nottingham

The manager provided the worst customer service. I would rate it 10/10 and will not be returning. They were extremely rude and not approachable.

Would have been much easier and quicker to go home and make a coffee. You make your order, they take your money, you wait for a long long time for a simple black coffee. Because there is a drive through and online ordering you simply can't make a judgement on how long you're going to wait. My advise, don't bother.

Drinks and service were fine. Really nice friendly lady serving. Toilets were vile!! Desperately in need of a cleaning rota.

Ordered two iced coffee's and had to wait over 25 minutes although only 10 people waiting and 6 staff on duty , I did ask if we were waiting for the coffee to be picked in Colombia we received one coffee and then the second was 5 mins later , Starbucks wake up and smell the cofffee , incompetent 100

Love star bucks and think it’s value money ! Whilst visiting Nottingham I popped into Starbucks for my latte which was very nice I might add !! However the lady serving must of been having a bad day , I think she was American , her attitude was very abrupt and off putting! She also spoke to staff in a derogatory manner . Anyway as I said love star bucks but poor service in this branch .
