A 5 star review for Charlie behind the bar on Saturday eve (Nov 2023). The pub is waiting for new tenants so is lacking in the full drink selection and atmosphere but Charlie did everything to look after us. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Great service, great atmosphere! Staff very friendly and the chef made the effort to come out and check that everything was good with our food! Which it was! Looking forward to a returned visit! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Steak Sandwich
Terrible experience paid for food I haven’t eaten due to incorrect menu and then laughed at by the chef and challenged by staff, who aren’t dressed appropriately or cohesively not to bothered by that however big change from the last management. Saddened no longer able to enjoy my local I’d recommend the Dorset Arms as an alternative. Price per person: £20–30
