La Part des Anges Normande

Under new management, this small restaurant is signposted and just off the D524 between Vire and St Sever. Car parking at the rear or just round the corner opposite the Mairie. Reasonably easy access from the car back at the back, more difficult from the front for those with limited mobility. There is a small bar at the entrance, with a comfortable seating area adjacent for pre-dinner drinks. The dining hall is bright and functional, with decent space between the tables for comfort. The menu offers a wide choice and appears to change regularly: several French traditional dishes as well as a big selection of pizzas and nice looking burgers. So, it caters well for youngsters as well as adults looking for something more "French". The aperitifs were very reasonably priced and we followed the "special" recommendation for a white wine which we all thought was excellent.Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. This place deserves to do well and I hope it is a success under the new, enthusiastic managers.
