Fradiavolo Pizzeria Novara

Excellent restaurant. It is part of a chain, but evidently of quality and with attentive service. I was there on Easter Monday, it was one of the few places open and among the few, perhaps the only one not to have the obligatory menu which I hate. I took the courgette and mint cream soup which is served with wedges of pizza dough (like smooth focaccia) with the possibility of choosing between cereal or charcoal dough. My friend had a pizza with spicy soppressa and cereal dough. Everything excellent! The dessert reaches the top. The choice is not wide, but the selection is careful. I had a chocolate cake designed by Salvatore De Riso, sixth sense and it is literally amazing. My friend had an excellent house tiramisu. Environment with vintage furniture and illuminated signs, very nice! The staff very helpful. We were also offered a coffee because we waited a little for dessert. Highly recommended!
