Jack In The Box - Novato

They didn't have any breakfast options available, so I decided to go to another restaurant.

I'm not sure why, but this particular Jack in the Box drive-thru closes at 9 PM or maybe even earlier. Despite having signs in every window indicating that the drive-thru is open and stating online that they are open until midnight, that's not the case.

I've been waiting at the counter for nearly ten minutes, and no one has assisted me.

My family and i just ordered an hour ago..the cashier who took our order had no respect to the customer?i cancel our order because he was yelling while he try to repeat our order?while i was asking what was his name he slammed the window and startcursing on me..treat people with respect and dignity..Godbless

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the guy at the drive-thru window who had a smile that could brighten anyone's day. They executed my order to perfection and did so in a timely manner. I highly recommend visiting during the late-night hours. Thank you!
