Mcdonald's - Novato

This McDonald’s never includes a straw or ketsup packets EVEN WHEN ORDERED SEPARATELY!!! Over time, this has happened on 10 different orders.

Our restaurant has been remodeled amd now features the most up to date decor as well as an ordering kiosk.I usually order ahead thru the app due to having very limited time for lunch.Not only does ordering ahead thru the app speed up the process, there are also many discounts available only thru the app.

This morning I went to a coffee as I do every day in the same place and they almost always make it tasteless and the people who work in that place do not serve the customer as they should if you tell them that something is missing they say no. We like that we go to that place and everyone who works there laughs. I think when I see the reality, they should not be in that place and they are losing many customers because of the bad service in that place.
