The staff deliberately mark the order as ready for collection after it has been placed, so it no longer appears on the screen! You have to stand at the counter and listen carefully for your order number to be called out. It seems like they are not keeping up with the pace of preparing orders, and they are not in a hurry according to their system. They claim there is a system error, but this is not the first time we have seen this issue! It is evident that they are manually marking orders as ready on the monitor.

Bites teriyaki is supposed to be chicken in breading and sauce! But in this "restaurant" you'll just get fried breading! Without chicken!

I ordered a meal box and was given chicken with mold. I didn't take a picture, didn't think of it, feel however you want about it, but I do not recommend anyone to go to this KFC because the quality is disgusting. KFC may be clear in the sky, but there's plenty there, except for the mold, of course.
