Feedback gevenI don't understand all these negative reviews. I personally go every day to lunch. The dishes are often too abundant, the service is customized. The quality is more than average, and I have seen much worse paid much more expensive and around all Italy including abroad There are always around ridiculous characters, who would like a 5 star service maybe with the sommelier and then pay less than a takeaway. It is also true that if we have special needs it is very important to be clear so as to avoid misunderstandings. Then I can share that the environment should be renewed, but after the Covid's madness, many, restaurateurs, move less freely than in the past. Overall, however the service is good, certainly improved as for any industry company. What a stress these fighetti de noialtri!
Slow and disorganized service, after half an hour of waiting tell us that the gourmet pizzas were exhausted. Experience not to repeat.
We went a Saturday night with friends. We were in 14 and we took almost all the meat as for the pizza they told us there was to wait a bear. We got the baby meat. Immangiabile, full of nerves for nothing good, greasy potatoes. It's all very nice. Wine in scrambled carafe and grappa 6 euro cad. I've never been and I've done better to keep not going. We showed the waiters and sent back the dishes....no comment. Never again
We've been here to get pizzas for a party with friends. We take the receipt and we realize that the account is very expensive for the pizzas taken. When I get home I realize that my pizza with Bufala has both the “normal” mozzarella and the buffalo, I call to ask for explanations (because I can't eat normal mozzarella) and I'm told that if I say “Margherita con bufala” for them is a pizza with a mix of mozzarella and bufala (I'm sincere never success the mix), anyway I go back to make myself make myself make a single buffalo. I return and my friends confirm me and give me the assurance that my was not a Margherita with traditional mozzarella and buffalo, but a buffalo with cheese on it, because that was not mozzarella, so I'm sorry but I didn't have to pay the second pizza because the mistake was yours. I don't know how much we spent eating pizzas at home. My celiac friend who paid a sausage and friarielli glutee free more than 12 euros also told me to have paid the supplement for gluten free which was also industrial and not even fresh. A special €10.60, but are we kidding? No, I don't recommend
We went to dinner in the family, bring us the menu and having two celiac people we ask what they can eat and the waiter answers only the fish, from there we understand that preparation zero! Looking at our faces, she turns around and says I go ask in the kitchen. We order appetizer of meats and cheeses, I have to say very good and then we all take a second, from here the absolute disaster! A cut that had to be blood cooked average and goes well, a burger with chips where no one asked if you wanted some sauce but the worst thing was a dish that didn't come while all at the table we ate; we ask the waiter, who goes to the kitchen and coming back tells us it is in cooking we ordered a steak at SANGUE), after 10 min we ask to another waitresss who tells us I go to check and never came again! After another 15 minutes, we stop another waiter saying that all the table had finished dinner and a person had yet to receive the flow! Ennesimo I go to the kitchen to see, come back saying they are cutting it now to cook it! After 50 minutes the steak arrives! To conclude the evening wrong bitters and coffee without bringing sugar! There were waiters and pizza makers fighting in front of customers! I'm sure I'll never go to dinner there again.
